Vincotto is a reduction of cooked grape must and Primitivo Salento IGP wine; It’s a natural flavour enhancer, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. It is free from colorants and additives; it has a long shelf-life maintaining its flavours and its components for 5 years. The four products are made with Salento IGP Primitivo grapes.

Due to the wine fermentation and aging process, Vincotto PrimitivO is characterized by the Umami sensation, which is a particular taste of some Italian typical foods.
