Farfalle with courgettes, bacon and Vincotto Balsamic
A quick, easy and absolutley delicious pasta dish: ‘Farfalle’ with courgettes, bacon and Vincotto Balsamic to add to your dish…..a gourmet twist!!
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
320 gr of pasta (farfalle);200gr of courgettes;1 medium onion; 150 gr of sweet bacon previously diced; 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil; salt to taste; 1 glass of white wine; black pepper to taste; ½ glass of Vincotto Balsamic
Procedure:
Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil; add the courgettes previously cut (julienne style) and fry them for few minutes. Add bacon and white wine; when the courgettes are partly cooked add half dose of Vincotto Balsamic. Regulate with salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile cook the pasta and once cooked stir-fry it in the pan with the courgettes; add the remaining dose of Vincotto Balsamic and serve.
